Why Chinese Medicine?
The body is amazing and has the capacity to heal with appropriate stimulations. Many therapeutics approaches in Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture, acupressure and movements, stimulates the body to improve circulation and heal--using the innate pharmacy from within.

Chinese medicine is a philosophy to keep the Qi in balance to age gracefully.

I was raised with the Chinese medicine philosophy and my family uses tasty food intervention to strengthen and nourish the body for  seasonal changes, fatigue and common colds. Chinese herbal medicine has a spectrum from food therapy to herbal medicinal formulas. Visit the Healing Soup Meet Up tab for Soups that are inspired by Chinese medicine.
